Dr. Viacheslav (Slava) Maracha is Leading Research Fellow in Research Centre for Public Policy and Public Administration at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Associated Professor in Department “System Analysis in Economics” at Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Associated Professor in Higher Engineering School at National Research Nuclear University “MEPhI”.
He is Vice President of National Guild of Professional Consultants (NGPC, Russia), Editor-in-Chief of the journal Summa Methodologiae and the Chair of International Methodological Seminar in Systems Thinking and Institutional Approach (from 2009). More about Viacheslav Maracha can be found here:
